Project overview
For a long-term major project in the energy and industrial sector, we are currently looking for an experienced operational civil engineering construction manager / civil engineering manager (m/f/d) to support an ongoing infrastructure project.
Responsibilities
Project Environment
- Operational construction management and supervision in civil engineering
- Control and supervision of road construction, sewer construction, and infrastructure measures
- Coordination and support of site handovers to executing trades
- Supervision of earthworks and foundation work
- Tracking of schedules and construction progress
- Coordination of relevant interfaces and terminal points
- Clarification of technical execution issues directly on the construction site
- Making technical decisions in operational day-to-day business
- Coordination with project stakeholders, executing companies, and subcontractors
- Energy and industrial project
- Brownfield environment with ongoing plant operation

- Several years of experience as a construction manager, specialist construction manager, or site manager in civil engineering
- Sound knowledge in road, sewer, and infrastructure construction
- Experience in construction supervision and schedule control
- Confident demeanor on the construction site and high decision-making ability
- Ideally, experience in brownfield projects
- Experience in power plant, industrial, or plant construction is an advantage
- Start: November 2026
- Duration: approx. 2 years
- Utilization: Full-time
- Assignment: Monday to Friday on-site (Frankfurt area)
