Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Carrying out integrated checks following granted permits
- Discussing observed shortcomings with the initiator and recording agreements made
- Carrying out re-checks on required facilities and measures
- Initiating enforcement actions or halting construction activities
- Recording checks, complaints, and findings
- Demonstrably completed ABW 1 training
- Demonstrable work experience of at least 2 years as a Construction Supervisor RO
- VCA-VOL certificate in hand
- Analytical ability with good written and oral communication skills
- Persuasiveness and political/administrative sensitivity
