A French AI adoption consultancy is seeking a freelance consultant to manage client programs, train employees, and co-build AI agents. The role involves client management, workshop facilitation, and first-level support for AI tools.

A French player in AI adoption support helps companies integrate AI by starting from the ground up: training employees and co-building agents tailored to their business needs, for measurable time savings.
Driven by a steady pace of new client signings, they are looking for a consultant capable of managing this program across multiple clients simultaneously, interacting with both management and operational teams.

Profile Sought
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months minimum, possibility of long-term integration
- Pace: Full-time
- Location: Paris, occasional travel within France
- Working Language: French, professional English required
- Take ownership of signed accounts and organize the kick-off with the client
- Conduct an assessment with management (COO, executives) and confidently guide AI usage choices
- Monitor the program through to evaluation, and prepare for renewal with the sponsor
- Lead practical workshops for employees of all maturity levels
- Adapt workshop content to the context and the group's level
- Support employees in creating their own agents and present demos
- Unblock employee agents (Claude, Copilot, connectors)
- Juggle between LLMs and tools according to each client's environment
- Higher education (business school, engineering school, or university)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in transformation consulting, AI/no-code training, or Customer Success for an automation tool
- Workshop facilitation for non-technical audiences: you know how to make a session lively and manage a group
- Concrete experience in building AI assistants or automations for others
- Autonomous follow-up of B2B clients, with real ease in dealing with management
- Good AI culture without being a technical profile: the focus is on adoption, not development
- Professional English
- Above all, we are looking for an agile profile, who quickly understands a client's context, is comfortable speaking in public, and has a real commercial sense to build relationships with sponsors
