Job description
Join a large group's generative AI deployment program, training employees and animating an AI ambassador community. You will design training modules, facilitate sessions, produce support materials, and contribute to use case development and technical prototyping.

Context
A large group is deploying generative AI to over 1,300 employees across 10 business units. An AI ambassador community of 60 people needs to be grown. You will join the program as a partner to the consultant managing the deployment, ensuring teams truly use AI daily.

- Design AI training modules: tools, prompting, use cases by business unit, best practices, and risks
- Lead in-person and remote sessions, from employees to the executive committee
- Produce support materials: guides, fact sheets, video tutorials, prompt library
- Monitor adoption with dashboards and KPIs, then adjust content
- Lead the AI ambassador community: workshops, feedback sessions, agent contests
- Identify and qualify use cases with business teams
- Translate business needs for technical teams, prototype no-code assistants or automations, contribute to governance
