Consultant Digital HR Management / HR Transformation (m/f/d) Remote

Project overview

For one of our major clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for the digitalization and standardization of HR processes in the public sector. As part of an extensive transformation project, an integrated and standardized solution for digital HR management is to be developed. The focus is on overall functional coordination, harmonization of different subject areas, and preparation for complex IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Development and management of an overarching functional target vision for digital HR management
• Integration and harmonization of various HR processes into a uniform end-to-end solution
• Identification and clarification of functional dependencies and conflicting objectives
• Consulting on the standardization and optimization of HR processes
• Quality assurance and consolidation of functional requirements and project results
• Support for complex IT procurement procedures, especially in the creation of service descriptions, criteria catalogs, and evaluation matrices
• Functional support for market surveys and bid evaluations
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders and preparation/support of decision-making bodies

Requirements

• Many years of experience in the digitalization and transformation of HR processes, ideally in the public sector
• Sound knowledge of the legal framework for HR management
• Very good understanding of IT system architectures, data models, and interfaces
• Several years of experience in complex transformation and large IT projects with various stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience with public IT procurement procedures and large software acquisitions
• Experience in creating service descriptions, requirement catalogs, and evaluation matrices
• Knowledge in conducting market surveys and functional support for Europe-wide procurement procedures
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, as well as experience in moderating complex coordination processes
• Location: Remote, occasionally Hannover
