The organization is looking to deploy the IT Operations Essentials framework to improve the quality and consistency of its IT operations across all sites and delivery teams. This role involves supporting the deployment, adoption, and monitoring of this framework.
Project overview
Context
As part of the deployment of the IT Operations Essentials framework, the organization wishes to strengthen the quality and consistency of its IT operations across all sites and delivery teams.
The framework covers 18 ITSM disciplines and defines the practices, minimum requirements, indicators, dashboards, SLAs, and governance rules to be applied. Its adoption requires close support for local IT teams, application teams, DTO teams, and business stakeholders.
The mission also fits within the context of increasing the maturity of sites in the run phase, extending IT OPS coverage with the DPO, deploying IT App for application teams, and ensuring the reliability of data in VSD.

Working Conditions
- Support the deployment, adoption, and monitoring of the IT Operations Essentials framework with IT and business teams
- Clarify the requirements related to the 18 disciplines of the framework
- Enhance and maintain materials, documents, templates, training, indicators, and dashboards
- Conduct IT OPS assessments of different sites and identify gaps
- Define corrective actions, progress plans, and roadmaps
- Lead operational meetings with sites in the run phase
- Support local IT teams and delivery teams in implementing expected practices
- Monitor maturity levels, results, and progress of action plans
- Handle site requests and escalate quality issues when necessary
- Develop ITSM culture and agile practices within IT and business teams
- Ensure coordination between IT operations management, local teams, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to extending IT OPS coverage with the DPO
- Support the implementation of IT App for application teams
- Maintain data quality in VSD and handle new tool-related requests
- IT Operations Essentials framework covering 18 ITSM disciplines
- VSD tool for data management
- ITSM methodologies and agile practices
- Collaboration with local IT teams, application teams, DTO teams, DPO, and business stakeholders
- Hybrid work mode: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work
- Fluent English required
