• Support the internal C3PO project with the recording, analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes up to and including Level 3
• Independent preparation and execution of interviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with the specialist departments
• Modeling and maintenance of business processes in BPanda
• Identification of optimization potential and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Coordination and organization of process optimizations with the relevant specialist departments
• Demonstrable experience in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes up to and including Level 3
• Confident process modeling and understandable documentation, ideally with practical experience in BPanda
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented execution of interviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with specialist departments
• Recognition of optimization potential as well as derivation and documentation of concrete improvement measures
• Analytical and communicative working style as well as relevant project experience, verifiable by references
• Certification in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or Process Management desirable, e.g., IIBA CCBA/CBAP, IREB CPRE, or OMG OCEB 2
• Demonstrable practical experience in process analysis and modeling up to Level 3 as well as results-oriented workshop moderation are crucial
• German: Fluent negotiation skills
• English: Advanced knowledge
