Consultant Tracking & Digital Analyst Senior – Freelance

Project overview

As part of the development and optimization of its digital ecosystem, our client is looking for a Senior Tracking & Digital Analyst Consultant to support its teams in ensuring the reliability of data collection and the analysis of the performance of its web platforms and mobile applications.

You will be involved in a strategic scope, at the crossroads of technical and business challenges, with the objective of guaranteeing the quality of collected data, user consent compliance, and the reliability of digital performance indicators.

In close collaboration with the Product, Development, Marketing, Data, and BI teams, you will be the technical and functional point of reference for the entire data collection and exploitation chain.

Your main missions:

Profile sought

You have senior experience in Tracking and Digital Analytics (minimum 7 years), acquired in complex web and mobile environments.

You have solid technical expertise in the following tools and methodologies:

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your ability to interact with both development teams and business stakeholders.

You know how to translate functional needs into technical specifications, quickly identify collection anomalies, and ensure the reliability of exploited data.

• Gather and define measurement needs from Product Owners and business teams.
• Design and write web and mobile tagging plans, respecting data taxonomy and governance rules.
• Support developers in implementing dataLayers and tracking mechanisms.
• Perform end-to-end technical acceptance testing on test and pre-production environments.
• Administer and maintain Tag Management solutions to ensure the reliability of analytical and marketing tags.
• Ensure the configuration and maintenance of Consent Management Platforms (CMP), respecting user choices.
• Identify collection anomalies, monitor data quality in production, and manage fixes with technical teams.
• Design and maintain performance monitoring dashboards in Piano Analytics and Power BI.
• Conduct performance analyses of user journeys and respond to ad-hoc needs from business teams.
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams to provide extractions, feeds, and API queries necessary for cross-functional analyses.
• Document tracking architectures, TMS/CMP configurations, and evolutions in Confluence Cloud.
• Tag Management: essential expertise in Commanders Act and TrustCommander.
• Web & Mobile Tracking: design of tagging plans, implementation of dataLayers, web and mobile application tracking acceptance testing.
• Consent Management: configuration and administration of CMP platforms, management of consent and tracker triggering rules.
• Digital Analytics: expertise in Piano Analytics, proficiency in Contentsquare.
• Data Visualization: Power BI, Piano Analytics, Excel.
• Mobile Analytics: AppsFlyer.
• Technical skills: JavaScript, web and mobile debugging tools, data collection and quality control.
• Collaborative tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud.
• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, data governance, and anomaly management.
• Environment: Product, Web & Mobile Development, Marketing, Data, and BI teams
