Consulting Assignment | Functional D365 F&O Architect

Project overview

For a private client, we are looking for an experienced functional architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with finance as the main area. The client has a D365 F&O solution in operation and will now build on it to get more out of the platform.

The consultant will be responsible for the functional architecture in F&O and will work closely with the client's CE architect and the business. They will look for improvements, propose new solutions and changes, and stay updated on Microsoft's release waves to assess their impact on the current solution. The consultant will also advise the business on priorities and, together with the CE architect, ensure that the overall solution and integrations are coherent.

Project details

Oslo, possibility for home office 1-2 days a week.

Allocation: 100%

Start-up: Mid-December 2026

Until end of 2027

We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Solid experience as a functional architect or solution architect on D365 F&O, preferably also AX
• Deep expertise in F&O Finance
• MB-700 certification or equivalent
• Experience with management and continuous improvement
• Proactive and advisory, and confident in dialogue with the business
• Knowledge of Norwegian requirements such as VAT and SAF-T is an advantage
• Start: flexible
