Project overview

For deployment with our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Content Creator

The role covers core operational tasks in the digital content area of the Employer Branding Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Conception, creation, and preparation of image, video, and text content for digital channels (internal & external)
• Image editing and graphic creation for social media, intranet, web
• Planning, shooting, and editing of short videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts, employer branding and intranet videos)
• Development and implementation of storytelling formats (employee stories, topic and project stories, testimonial shootings)
• Support in populating and further developing social media and communication channels
• Structured collaboration and filing in Microsoft / SharePoint
• Independent planning, prioritization, and execution of assigned tasks (end-to-end responsibility in the operational area)

Requirements

• Mediamatics / Multimedia Design / Digital Marketing
• Image editing / graphic fundamentals (e.g., Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom)
• Video production (shooting, editing, basic post-production)
• Social media content creation
• Copywriting / storytelling for digital channels (website, SoMe, etc.)
• German: C2 – Near-native proficiency
• English: None
• No subcontracting allowed!
