Contract Manager Supplier Contracts

Project overview

As Contract Manager Supplier Contracts, you will be responsible for processing approximately 150 to 200 supplier contracts in the context of the transition from Delfluent Services B.V. to the Hoogheemraadschap.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventory and assess contracts regarding term, obligations, transferability, termination options, and risks
• Determine follow-up steps per agreement and ensure transfer, modification, termination, or revision
• Manage the entire processing and act as the central point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with legal, financial, and operational colleagues
• Identify bottlenecks and manage contractual risks
• Monitor progress and keep the contract administration and file formation up-to-date
• University work and thinking level
• Extensive experience with procurement, contract management, and/or supplier management
• Demonstrable experience in assessing and handling large contract portfolios
• Experience with B2B contracts within an industrial, technical, or infrastructural environment
• Knowledge of contract transfer, contract modifications, and contract termination
• Skill in independently conducting consultations and negotiations with suppliers
• Thorough knowledge of procurement and contract terms, including their legal aspects
• Understanding of financial issues related to contracts and supplier relationships
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style, even under time pressure
