Controller - Payment & Financial Control in the Savings Bank Environment

Project overview

We, emagine GmbH, are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/d) with a completed business administration degree, preferably with a focus on controlling, who already has sound practical experience in the controlling or finance department.

Responsibilities

• Support and overview of finances (income/expenses) in the area of Payment Card Authorization
• Preparation of our commercial situation, e.g., using reports, and advising the department head and department managers on financial issues
• Support for the departments in commissioning and organizing finances for external colleagues
• Support for the departments in distributing internal days to fulfill our provisions

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in controlling, financial management, or commercial environment
• Experience in the FI environment and/or the savings bank environment absolutely required
• Very good knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, cost controlling, and analysis of income and expenses
• Experience in creating and preparing reports, key figures, and management presentations
• Confident use of Excel (incl. Pivot, complex analyses) and ideally SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing at at least C1 level, including confident banking vocabulary

Remote and Hanover. Willingness to work on-site in Hanover if required.
