• Drafting and operationalizing the integral project plan
• Processing the area identity into a recognizable placemaking concept
• Developing program lines for innovation, culture, social interaction, and programming
• Formulating integral plans, phasing, and milestones
• Arranging go/no-go moments and administrative decision-making
• Assessing spatial, legal, planning, and civil engineering feasibility
• Drafting financial strategies and investment proposals
• Monitoring budgets, cash flows, and financial risks
• Preparing execution plans ready for decision-making
• Coordinating stakeholder management and participation processes
• Designing marketing and communication strategies

• Bachelor's degree in spatial development, planning, public administration, economics, culture, or area development
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager for complex urban development tasks
• Experience with the integral connection of programming, community building, positioning, and communication with spatial and legal preconditions
• Experience in managing projects and programs in areas such as scope, planning, finances, risks, quality, and participation
• Experience in a municipal, political-administrative context
• Experience working for multiple clients simultaneously and in a multidisciplinary context
