• Provide 2nd Level Application Support for Coupa P2P, troubleshooting incidents and resolving functional issues in a post-go-live environment.
• Act as a key contact for Power Users, providing functional guidance and support on Coupa purchasing processes.
• Manage and coordinate change requests, system enhancements and release activities
• Maintain and optimize Coupa configurations, templates and purchasing workflows to ensure stable system operations.
• Monitor system integrations, track service performance and KPIs, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Your Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay), particularly in Purchasing and Procurement processes.
• Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS), ideally in a post-go-live support environment.
• Solid background in 2nd Level Support, incident management, troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
• Experience with Coupa configuration, change management and integration monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English required and French highly preferred.
