Real Estate Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent management and execution of real estate acquisition and sales projects
• Identification and preliminary examination of properties
• Creation and submission of non-binding and binding offers
• Execution of due diligence and vendor due diligence reviews
• Conducting real estate valuations
• Compilation, preparation, and review of property documents and data rooms
• Preparation of committee applications and conducting contract negotiations
• Tendering and mandating external brokers
• Coordination with notaries and land registries
• Documentation and reporting of transaction projects
• University degree in economics, architecture, law, or a comparable field
• Additional training in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Sound professional experience in Real Estate Transaction Management, Advisory, or real estate valuation
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, particularly direct investments and real estate transactions
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Wüest Dimensions and Immopac
• Knowledge of GaraioREM, other real estate tools, and AI applications is an advantage
• Fluent German, English and French at B2 level
