Cutover Manager

Project overview

Creation and maintenance of detailed cutover plans with milestones, dependencies, checkpoints, and implementation schedules.

Ensuring alignment between business departments, IT, implementation partners, and local teams.

Critical questioning of assumptions and proactive identification of potential risks during implementation.

Planning and execution of cutover rehearsals, test cutovers, and dress rehearsals.

Active participation in the Cutover Command Center during the implementation and go-live phases.

Monitoring cutover progress and regular status reporting at various levels, including program management.

Presentation of cutover status, risks, and recommendations to program managers, program leads, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Cutover Manager in SAP transformation programs, ERP implementations, or extensive business transformations.

Demonstrable experience in managing SAP cutover activities in at least one full SAP implementation project.

Sound understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and deployment methodologies.

Experience in creating and implementing detailed cutover plans and go-live strategies.

Strong stakeholder management skills at management, business, and IT levels.

Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or comparable tools) for task management and team collaboration.

Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel up to 30% to Liebherr locations in Niederhergheim (France) and Oberopfingen (Germany) to support project rollouts.
