Seeking a Cyber Security Consultant with a focus on Data Protection and Security Governance for a banking sector transformation project in St. Gallen. The role involves developing and implementing data-centric security standards and driving the adoption of security governance requirements.

Project: For a demanding security transformation project in the banking sector, we are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant with a focus on Data Protection, Security Governance, and Security Frameworks. You will support the development and anchoring of a uniform, data-oriented security standard and drive the implementation of security governance requirements. Start ASAP for 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Development of a concept for data-centric protection and modern data security
- Analysis of existing system landscapes and assessment of technical feasibility
- Definition of target security states and desired states for each field of action
- Development of practical guidelines for a uniform encryption and data protection standard
- Definition of requirements for anchoring security controls in the project lifecycle
- Integration of standards into central security regulations and governance processes
- Coordination with security, architecture, and project teams, as well as coordination of work packages
- Preparation and communication of results for various stakeholders

- Secure Development / Security in the project lifecycle
- Experience in creating concepts, guidelines, and security specifications
- Ability to analyze technical requirements in a structured manner and communicate them understandably
- Experience in the banking or regulated environment is an advantage
