Project overview
We are currently looking for a support staff member for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:
Responsibilities
- Operation and administration of the existing CyberArk PAM environment
- Administration and management of CyberArk Vaults
- Operation and administration of Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Administration of Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and PSM Proxies (PSMP)
- Operation and maintenance of Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Incident handling and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Implementation of changes, updates and system adjustments
- Monitoring of CyberArk components and ensuring stable system operation
- Support and maintenance of the backup infrastructure
- Automation of recurring tasks using CyberArk scripting and automation components
- Administration and troubleshooting of supporting operating systems
Requirements

- Several years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM in production environments
- Very good knowledge of CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP and PVWA
- Experience in incident, change and update management
- Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills in complex CyberArk environments
- Experience with CyberArk scripting and automation
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Experience with backup and recovery concepts in CyberArk environments
- Structured and independent working style in operational IT environments
- Work Location: Remote
