The assignment focuses on improving information provision within the VTH system as part of the Digitalization VTH program. The role involves mapping information needs, analyzing data, and acting as a liaison for standardization efforts.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on improving the information provision within the VTH system in the context of the Digitalization VTH program.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Mapping the information needs and information models within the pilot projects around licensing
- Identifying missing data and gathering necessary input from internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing data, establishing connections, and substantiating advice
- Translating functional and substantive issues into requirements for logical and conceptual information models
- Acting as a liaison towards Geonovum and the Unit of Language project
- Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues on content and solution directions
- Contributing to planning, execution, and progress within the pilot projects and supporting the pilot project leader
- Performing GAP analyses between existing information models and new requirements for licensing
- Participating in the development of an implementation standard and strategy for national application
- Providing input to legal experts for substantiating necessary legislative changes
- WO work and thinking level in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration or Computer Science
- Demonstrable knowledge of process and information analysis methodologies
- Proven knowledge in the field of requirements engineering and information modeling
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 and/or Agile
- Five years of experience as an analyst, preferably within the government or complex administrative environments
- Five years of experience with process and information analysis and information modeling
- Five years of experience with stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organizational sensitivity and environmental awareness
- Results-oriented, proactive, and independent work attitude
- Familiarity with the VTH system (licensing, supervision, and enforcement)
- Experience with intergovernmental cooperation
- Work experience gained at the (semi-)government or another complex organization
