Data Analyst

Project overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the information provision within the VTH system.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Mapping the information needs and information models in pilot projects around permit granting
• Identifying missing information and gathering input from internal and external stakeholders
• Analyzing data, establishing connections, and substantiating advice
• Translating functional and substantive issues into requirements for information models
• Maintaining the relationship with Geonovum and the "Eenheid van Taal" project
• Consulting with clients, stakeholders, and fellow specialists on substantive matters
• Assisting with the planning, execution, and progress of the pilot projects
• Performing GAP analyses between existing and new information models
• Contributing to the development of an implementation standard and strategy
• University level (WO) work and thinking ability in a relevant field, for example Business Administration or Computer Science
• Proven knowledge of methodologies for process and information analysis
• Proven knowledge of requirements engineering and information modeling
• Knowledge of project management methods such as Prince2 and/or Agile
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst, preferably within the government or in complex administrative environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience with process and information analysis and information modeling
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management
