Data Analyst

Project overview

As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to the information provision within the VTH system (permit granting, supervision, and enforcement).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing information needs and information models within the pilot projects for permit granting
• Identifying missing information and gathering necessary input from internal and external stakeholders
• Analyzing data, identifying connections, and substantiating advice
• Translating functional and substantive issues into requirements for information models
• Acting as a liaison towards Geonovum and the Eenheid van Taal (Unity of Language) project
• Aligning issues and solution directions with clients, stakeholders, and specialists
• Contributing to the planning, execution, and progress of the pilot projects and supporting the lead
• Performing GAP analyses on existing information models based on new requirements
• Participating in an implementation standard and strategy for nationwide application by permit-granting authorities
• Providing input to legal experts for necessary legislative changes
• WO work and thinking level in a relevant field of study such as business administration or computer science
• Work experience as an analyst, preferably gained in government or in administratively complex environments
• Experience with process and information analysis and information modeling
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 and/or Agile
• Knowledge of the VTH system
• Experience with intergovernmental cooperation
• Background within the (semi-)public sector or a similarly complex organization
• Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organizational sensitivity and environmental awareness
• Results-oriented and proactive
• Independence and initiative
