As a data analyst, you will contribute to improving 3W's services within the ministry by analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

As a data analyst, you will contribute to improving 3W's services within the ministry.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyzing large datasets to discover trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports together with the junior data analyst
- Supporting colleagues in implementing data-driven decision-making
- Optimizing and structuring data for efficient use within the organization
- Advising on and improving data processes and strategies
- Following technological and organizational developments that affect data and information provision
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in computer science or business process management
- Extensive experience as a data analyst or business intelligence specialist
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English
- Ability to make complex data understandable for non-technical stakeholders
