Seeking a freelance Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills to develop dashboards and analyze business/financial data for decision support in the PACA region.

Within our Data team and under the responsibility of the Group Management Control Director, you will contribute to transforming data into a real decision-making tool for business departments.
📊 Your main missions:
✔ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and applications.
✔ Exploit data flows (Fabric, Dataflows, Lakehouse) in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.
✔ Ensure the quality and reliability of data and indicators.
✔ Perform business and financial analyses to support decision-making.
✔ Build monitoring and projection models (KPI, backlog, P&L...).
✔ Cross-reference operational, financial, and HR data to produce relevant analyses.
✔ Participate in the development of a data-driven culture within the Group.
🎯 The profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Intelligence, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence.
Excellent command of Power BI (DAX, modeling, visualization).
Good level in SQL, Excel / Power Query, and ideally Python/pandas.
Good understanding of financial and operational issues.
Fluent English essential.
Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
