Data Analyst Social Domain

Project overview

The assignment focuses on continuing and strengthening the management information within the social domain of the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventorying information needs from management, policy advisors, and operational teams
• Updating and maintaining existing dashboards and reports within Cognos
• Merging and analyzing data from Suite4Sociaal Domein, Stratech, and Mens Centraal
• Performing in-depth analyses of volumes, lead times, costs, and use of facilities, among other things
• Identifying deviations and developments and reporting on them
• Translating analysis results into usable administrative and governmental management information
• Adhering to existing KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting agreements
• Coordinating with colleagues from functional management, finance, privacy, and information security
• Documenting working methods and agreements for transfer
• Sharing knowledge and agreements about management with municipal colleagues
• Identifying potential data quality issues
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a data analyst or BI analyst
• Experience with Cognos Analytics or Cognos Reporting
• Experience with data analysis within a municipal or governmental organization
• Knowledge of social legislation and processes within the social domain
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
