About the assignment

As a data analyst, you will explore and analyze data to create insights that drive product development forward. You will be part of our Account team, where we develop and improve a shared account creation process used across all our services. This is a strategically important area for us, with a significant impact on the user experience and our continued growth. The team is cross-functional, and ideas and initiatives are encouraged and taken forward within the workgroup. The group consists of you as an analyst, as well as developers, product owners, designers, and UX.

Concurrently, you will be part of our analyst team, where we work closely together and share responsibility for our common data domain. In this role, you will work along the entire analysis chain. You will build, maintain, and further develop data models in dbt, ensure data quality, implement tracking, and produce and communicate insights.

You will take initiative for improvements and actively contribute to developing the team's ways of working, tools, and analytical capabilities. You are a natural bridge between data and business and thrive on collaborating closely with different teams, roles, and competencies.

In your role as an analyst, you will use AI as an integrated part of your analysis work. You will use it to explore questions, develop solutions, and build tools that make data and insights more accessible. You will combine technical curiosity with statistical understanding and good judgment. You can review and validate AI-assisted analyses and see where the technology creates real value and drives new ways of working with data.

You have high technical competence and a good understanding of system development, technical architecture, and data flows. You can understand how information moves between different systems, grasp technical dependencies, and collaborate closely with developers to create sustainable analysis solutions.

You will analyze data structurally and follow up on results in a way that makes them useful for decision-making. You will communicate insights through storytelling and visualization, making complex data understandable and usable for different target audiences. You work data-driven, for example, with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing. You thrive in close collaboration with others and seek different perspectives.

Mandatory Requirements

We are looking for you who:

Meritorious

• Master SQL and Python
• Have experience with data modeling and semantic layers, as well as knowledge of tools like Git, BigQuery, and dbt
• Are at the forefront of AI tools and how AI can be used in analysis work
• Have experience using LLMs as part of your analysis work, as well as a good understanding of their strengths and limitations
• Have practical experience building analysis flows with LLMs
• Have experience with exploratory analysis and working data-hypothesized
• Have experience working with data quality, validation, and troubleshooting
• Are accustomed to visualizing and communicating data, for example, with visualization tools or custom-built interfaces for analysis
• Experience with development (FE and/or BE)
• Experience working with real-time data, large amounts of event data, or streaming data
• Experience with user-facing digital services and streaming services
