Data / BI Program Manager (M/F)

Project overview

Our client, a major international aeronautics industrial player, is looking for a Data / BI Program Manager (M/F) to support its digital transformation and strengthen the governance of its strategic data at its Blagnac site.

Within a complex and structured environment, you will be responsible for the successful execution of Data and Business Intelligence programs, while ensuring alignment between business needs and deployed technological solutions.

Your missions

As part of a transverse team, you will be required to:

Lead highly visible Data & BI programs, ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines.

Define and enforce data governance best practices.

Support the integration and evolution of information systems, primarily in an On-Premise environment.

Contribute to the optimization of business processes related to planning, supply chain, or finance.

Oversee projects involving MRP tools and decision support solutions.

Coordinate business teams, technical teams, and external partners.

Ensure the consistency of data flows and enterprise repositories.

Participate in defining the Data roadmap and change management.

Expected technical skills

Confirmed expertise in data governance.

Management of complex Data, BI, or Analytics programs.

Good knowledge of On-Premise IS architectures.

Experience with data integration and digital transformation projects.

Mastery of project management and portfolio management methodologies.

Knowledge of industrial environments.

A background in the rail, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors is an asset.

Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, or MRP processes is appreciated.

Profile sought

With a higher education in IT, engineering, or equivalent, you have successful experience of at least 10 years in managing large-scale Data/BI programs.

Project details

€700 to €750 depending on experience.
