A French distribution group is seeking an external expert for a 6-month contract to implement and secure the Gemini Enterprise agentic AI platform, focusing on technical implementation, best practices, and governance.

Client: Large French distribution group (IT Department)
Context of the mission
The client is accelerating its deployment on the Gemini Enterprise agentic platform. After an initial wave of pilots, it has decided to establish an agile organization adapted to agentic AI. This involves the IT department (technical teams and solutions teams) and the Data department (CDO). The client is looking for an external expert for 6 months. Their role: to make the technical implementation reliable and secure, disseminate best practices to the teams, and structure governance.
Description of the mission
The consultant will support the various stakeholders on five aspects:
Expected deliverables
- Lot: Expertise & consulting in transformation
- Duration: 6 months, renewable
- Technical implementation: Properly initialize the Gemini Enterprise SaaS platform to quickly transfer skills to an internal resource from the technical team.
- Support for solutions teams: Help them choose the best solutions and best practices for their business agents.
- Support for the Data department: Contribute to defining governance, compliance, and framing rules.
- Operational implementation of agents: Actively participate in their design (business prompt engineering, platform integration, FinOps, traceability).
- Support for pilots: Launch prioritized pilot use cases according to business needs.
- Agentic platform in place and documented
- Platform configured: environments, access management, connectors, logging, quotas.
- Governance kit: agent lifecycle (from idea to retirement), validation steps, RACI, standard agent sheet that feeds into the registry.
- Evaluation framework: test sets, quality indicators, production go-ahead thresholds.
- Skills transfer to internal teams: operational guides and a measurable success criterion, validated (e.g., "an internal person deploys an agent end-to-end on their own").
- Successful launch of 2 pilot use cases.
