We are looking for an experienced Data Director to take over and manage a Data, BI, and DWH project within a large group in the insurance and social protection sector. The mission consists of securing the developments, testing, and progressive delivery of critical reporting and data intended for internal management and external partners.
You will be involved in a project currently behind schedule and will take operational responsibility for bringing the mission back to its objectives. You will manage a mixed team of approximately 10 internal and external employees, in close coordination with the Commerce, Finance, and Market departments, as well as the group's external partners.

- Plan and manage the progressive delivery of reports and data according to business needs, ensuring a gradual and secure ramp-up.
- Closely manage the development and testing team, fostering close collaboration and regular alignment on objectives.
- Conduct impact analyses: assessment of critical anomalies, reconciliation of data discrepancies with third-party systems, and documentation of discrepancies.
- Lead operational and program governance: manage daily meetings, monitor publishers, lead task forces, and facilitate rapid decision-making.
- Prepare and secure production releases by defining clear go/no-go criteria and progressive deployment plans.
- Sort, prioritize, and qualify the anomaly portfolio based on their business criticality and operational impact.
- Take over and restructure the overall testing strategy: technical tests, functional validation, non-regression, and reconciliation between old and new tools.
- Complete and enrich specifications and test cases in collaboration with the functional architect and business departments.
- Plan and manage testing campaigns, optimizing resources and meeting critical deadlines.
- Manage the anomaly treatment cycle: qualification, prioritization, correction tracking, and closure validation.
- Build a robust, reusable, and automated non-regression testing framework as soon as possible.
- Lead testing and go/no-go committees, providing final opinions with the relevant business departments.
