Our client in the Aerospace and Defense sector is looking for a Data Engineer GCP / PowerBI M/F

Mission Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a team dedicated to our client's data and Business Intelligence.

Within a team of six people, you will work on all customer data.

You will be responsible for:

Technical Environment

Essential Skills / Qualities:

Designing and optimizing data flows, Skill in the Google Cloud Platform cloud environment, Designing semantic models in Power BI, Spoken/written English

Desirable Skills / Qualities:

Committed and curious;

Autonomous in taking ownership of tasks;

Able to quickly acquire skills in a technical and functional environment;

Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic environment;

Willing to work in English as part of the migration to GCP.

• Maintaining, evolving, and developing data processing pipelines;
• Designing and optimizing data flows in a traditional BI environment currently migrating to the cloud;
• Participating in the migration and evolution of the existing system to Google Cloud Platform;
• Creating and maintaining BusinessObjects universes;
• Developing or evolving Spotfire applications;
• Designing semantic models in Power BI;
• Collaborating with Data Analysts, Data Business Analysts, and the Product Owner;
• Quickly taking ownership of tasks autonomously, while respecting best practices for cloud development and optimization.
• SQL;
• Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Workflows;
• Power BI, primarily for creating semantic models;
