Project overview
Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Data Engineering Tech Lead to work on a high-profile project for a leading company.
The role is inside of IR35, and is a hybrid working pattern - 50% on-site Nr Heathrow, and 50% remote.
Deliverables :
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the data delivery workstreams
- Coach and mentor engineers, helping teams adopt stronger engineering habits
- Bring modern software engineering practice into data delivery, including testing, version control, CI/CD and release discipline
- Shape reusable patterns that improve delivery speed, quality and maintainability
- Help grow engineering capability through pairing, review and practical enablement
- Apply strong AWS software or data engineering experience, ideally with Snowflake delivery experience
- Bring experience of, or a strong active interest in, applying AI to accelerate engineering delivery
