Assignment Description

In general, the activities can be described as follows:

Background Assignment

The Buitengewone Zaken Blauw (BZB) program works on complex, politically urgent assignments with a temporary nature, assigned by the management team of the Tax Administration. These assignments require interdepartmental coordination and fall outside the primary processes of the Tax Administration. BZB focuses on, among other things, remediation efforts and innovative working methods, such as artificial intelligence and process automation.

The BZB program implements various programs such as, the wrongly rejected requests regarding Minnelijke Schuldsanering Natuurlijke Personen (MSNP), the subsidy scheme Tijdelijke Tegemoetkoming Blokaansluiting (TTB), and the MijnHerstel route for DGH.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Dutch Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Administration.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Administration. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof from the Tax Administration for this), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.

• Experience with setting up and developing data flows (from source unlocking to dashboard & applications)
• Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, C# or Java
• Experience in advising on the connection of data-driven processes and systems and knowledge and experience with data integration.
• Knowledge of data management/data warehousing, ETL and data management
• Experience in SQL
• Completed WO Master's degree is a requirement.
• Experience with comparable complex program and data environments is required
