Senior Data Project Management Consultant - Asset Management

Project overview

Context

The selected consultant will join the Data department of a large asset management company. They will be responsible for leading a strategic project consisting of formalizing a detailed framework for Data services and offerings for a major insurance company.

The consultant will need to formalize the client's needs, addressing the challenges of the client's various departments (Investment department, Financial department, Impact department, and Risk department). Based on these needs, they will coordinate (and/or rely on) several stakeholders (Data Administration and Data teams of the asset management company, Product and Services Offering team, Architecture team of the asset management company and the insurance company's information system, Data team of the insurance company) in order to:

These elements can be produced by segmenting the data by domains consistent with the Data visions of the asset management company and the insurance company, as well as with the priority needs of the insurance company.

The study should also help clarify the Golden Sources at the insurance company according to the data domains and the desired uses.
