Context

Our client is strengthening the product/IS team responsible for its metering services, within its Clients & Services division. The mission consists of taking on the role of metering referent within the team: you will be the preferred contact between the business units and the IT department for this scope, ensuring the proper functioning of existing services as well as their modernization.

• Ensure the MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) of metering services: production monitoring, incident and business request processing, coordination of fixes with IT teams
• Lead modernization projects for the scope: functional scoping, schedule and workload monitoring, acceptance testing, and deployment support
• Coordinate business units and IT: gathering and arbitrating needs, facilitating meetings, monitoring commitments from both sides
• Drive change with business users: communication, documentation, training, support for new uses
• Contribute to the reflection on AI uses within the metering scope
• Experience in functional IS project management and change management (4 years minimum)
• Excellent coordination, synthesis, and written/oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
• Aptitude for AI and its business use cases
• Knowledge of industrial IS, ideally in electric energy
• Experience with metering, remote reading, or metrology scopes
• Practice of application MCO and management of IT teams in run mode
