Technical and methodological environment

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs through scoping and prioritization workshops.
• Write business requirements, functional specifications, business rules, and User Stories.
• Build and manage the functional roadmap in collaboration with business units and sponsors.
• Ensure project management: planning, budget, risks, deliverable tracking, and committee animation.
• Organize and conduct functional acceptance testing phases up to the validation of production deployments.
• Support change management for users: documentation, training, and solution adoption.
• Act as a functional referent for Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI developers.
• Translate business needs into Data requirements: definition of KPIs, calculation rules, data sources, and granularity.
• Contribute to the reliability and improvement of data quality: controls, consistency, completeness, and remediation plans.
• Participate in structuring functional documentation: data dictionary, business glossary, and data traceability.
• Contribute to backlog management and prioritization, with a Proxy Product Owner role as needed.
• Ensure coordination between different business departments, the Data Factory, and the IT department.
• Harmonize repositories, indicators, and business rules to ensure data consistency.
• Identify dependencies, manage priorities, and facilitate arbitration between stakeholders.
• Participate in data governance and continuous data quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT department teams on application evolutions, integration flows, and technical issues.
• Monitor incidents and evolutions impacting data and decision-making tools.
• Intervene on repositories related to real estate assets, energy performance diagnostics (DPE), and fluid consumption.
• Support business units in defining and exploiting steering and reporting indicators.
• Data / BI: Power BI, SQL, data modeling
• Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric (knowledge appreciated)
• Project Management: Jira, Confluence
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Data Governance: Data quality, repositories, data dictionary, Data Lineage
