As part of its client projects, Visian is looking for a Technical Data Project Manager.

Technical Environment
- Lead the technical execution of Data projects, from design to production.
- Translate functional requirements into adapted technical solutions: modeling, flows, transformations, and reporting.
- Estimate workloads, plan deliveries, and ensure tracking of deadlines, risks, and budgets.
- Lead sprints, prioritize the technical backlog, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Organize testing phases, technical acceptance, and secure production deployments.
- Coordinate and support Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and BI developers.
- Guide architecture, modeling, and industrialization choices for Data solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Identify blocking points and support teams in their resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and team skill development.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability.
- Oversee the industrialization of Data pipelines: orchestration, CI/CD, Git, and environment management.
- Implement monitoring and quality control mechanisms.
- Optimize the performance and costs of Snowflake and Azure platforms.
- Manage operational maintenance (RUN), incident tracking, and technical evolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysis (MOA) teams to analyze needs, assess feasibility, and propose adapted solutions.
- Act as the interface with IT departments (architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations).
- Coordinate the integration of different data sources and the evolution of data flows.
- Participate in the harmonization of business repositories and indicators.
- Work with data related to real estate assets, energy performance (DPE), and fluid consumption.
