• Systematically capture, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize suitable AI and automation use cases
• Moderate workshops with business departments, IT, and other stakeholders, and develop target business visions, requirements, and comprehensible decision-making bases from them
• Translate business requirements into viable solution and implementation concepts
• Develop target architectures as well as integration and data concepts, incorporating existing platforms and systems
• Evaluate solution options regarding benefits, feasibility, risks, data protection, information security, and operation
• Develop AI-based software solutions and implement process automations with the existing AI technology stack and common technologies
• Accompany the implementation of solutions up to handover to regular operations
• Support decentralized teams as needed, transfer knowledge to internal teams, and build sustainable internal competencies
• At least 6 years of professional experience at Senior Consultant level, as well as experience in system and software development in non-SAP environments with programming languages such as Java or C++
• Profound experience in AI-driven software development and process automation, especially in the conception and implementation of decentralized AI and automation use cases
• Ability to systematically capture, analyze, and document business requirements and processes, as well as identify, evaluate, and prioritize suitable AI and automation use cases
• Experience in moderating workshops with business departments, IT, and other stakeholders, as well as in developing target business visions, requirements, and comprehensible decision-making bases
• Ability to translate business requirements into viable solution and implementation concepts, as well as develop target architectures, integration, and data concepts incorporating existing platforms and systems
• Ability to evaluate solution options regarding benefits, feasibility, risks, data protection, information security, and operation
• Experience in accompanying implementation up to handover to regular operations and in knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Ability to work with the deployed AI technology stack and common standard technologies
• Adaptability
• Experience in comparable AI and automation projects, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
