For a customer project, we are looking for a DBA (m/f/d) starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities

IT change process

partitioning

• Support in technical process control
• Error analysis of central interfaces
• Accompanying and carrying out relevant operational measures within the
• Installation and configuration of environments (development, test, production)
• Creation of installation protocols
• Interface to operational departments for technical matters and questions
• Evaluation and analysis of AWR reports
• Performance of database analyses and PL/SQL code analyses
• Database administration including tablespaces, restore points, database backups, indexes, and
• Creation, analysis, and testing of database scripts
• Creation and processing of errors and requirements in Jira and HP ALM
• Support and maintenance of Oracle RAC operation including Advanced Compression

• Sound knowledge of Oracle Database 11g, 12c, and 19c
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Very good knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle)
• Experience in DB performance tuning
• Experience in error analysis and troubleshooting of database and interface environments
• Knowledge in performing functional analyses and code analyses
• Experience in monitoring, ideally with CheckMK
• Knowledge of working with ALM tools such as Atlassian Jira, Intland Codebeamer, or HP ALM
• Knowledge of Linux environments
• Experience with Oracle tooling and Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS)
• Knowledge of Git / GitLab CI/CD pipelining
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
