As part of strengthening its Database team, the company is looking for an Oracle / PostgreSQL Database Administrator to support the operation and evolution of its park of approximately 1,500 databases. The mission covers both the operational maintenance of existing platforms and support for new integration projects. The consultant will work in a critical, highly industrialized environment, with high demands for availability, security, and documentary quality.
OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICE
Ensure the administration and operation of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Guarantee the operational and security maintenance of the platforms.
Manage incidents, changes, and patching operations.
Participate in the design of database architectures for new projects.
Support project teams in the integration of new application solutions.
Produce and maintain technical operational documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Database services catalog.
Ensure regular reporting of activity to the internal team.

Objectives and deliverables
EXPECTED SERVICES
The provider will be responsible for the following activities:
Daily administration of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Management of incidents and change requests.
Carrying out maintenance and patching operations.
Contribution to the maintenance of the services catalog.
Production of activity reports.
Compliance with security standards and internal processes.
Writing and updating operational procedures.
Definition of database architectures for new projects.
Support for architects on sizing, availability, and performance issues.
Participation in the integration of databases into new projects.
Development of detailed technical architecture files.
Development of operational deployment files.
Participation in weekly follow-up meetings.
Participation in quarterly steering committees.
Additional information
French nationality required.
