Project overview

Service Description

• Technical structuring of requirements, epics, and work packages into user stories and tickets
• Management of release preparation and deployment readiness, including environment management, access control, security reviews, and monitoring
• Creation and validation of effort estimations based on technical analyses
• Tracking progress using engineering evidence such as pull requests, pipeline runs, or infrastructure changes
• Analysis of architectural decisions regarding resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and deadlines
• Coordination of ongoing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and integration of results into the portfolio
• Realization of a consolidated portfolio report with status, risks, and decision needs

• Several years of practical experience in Data, Machine Learning, AI, Cloud, or Software Engineering
• Knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle from data preparation through model development to deployment, monitoring, and MLOps or LLMOps
• Familiarity with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow), AWS (IAM, Network, Storage), and Apache Spark
• Know-how in Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows
• Proficient in creating effort estimations, capacity planning, roadmaps, and quarterly plans
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban and use of Jira for task management
• Competence in portfolio and stakeholder management up to management and executive levels
