Responsibility for the professional, technical, and organizational further development of the application, creation and maintenance of the implementation roadmap, analysis and specification of professional and technical requirements, maintenance of the product backlog, prioritization of requirements, execution of reviews and professional acceptances, stakeholder and risk management, as well as monitoring product progress and further development of agile working methods.

• Sound experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications
• Practical experience in Product Backlog Management (creation and maintenance of a backlog)
• Practical experience in writing user stories based on complex professional requirements
• Demonstrable professional understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) for domain-oriented structuring of professional requirements
• Practical experience in risk management within product responsibility
• Practical experience in prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap
• Project management certification
• Confident demeanor towards stakeholders through, for example, strong communication and moderation skills
• Practical experience in conducting professional acceptances and reviews of releases or functionalities
