Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the professional, technical, and organizational further development of the application
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of the implementation roadmap
- Analysis, evaluation, and specification of professional and technical requirements in coordination with business departments and stakeholders
- Creation and maintenance of the Product Backlog and prioritization of requirements, considering professional, technical, and economic criteria
- Conducting reviews and professional acceptance of new functionalities and releases
- Conducting stakeholder and risk management
- Ensuring a common understanding of goals, requirements, and priorities
- Monitoring product progress and communicating status, priorities, and decisions
- Active shaping and further development of agile working methods
Requirements
- Sound experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications (> 5 years of experience)
- Practical experience in Product Backlog Management (creation and maintenance of a backlog) (> 5 years of experience)
- Practical experience in writing user stories based on complex professional requirements (> 5 years of experience)
- Demonstrable professional understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) for domain-oriented structuring of professional requirements (> 5 years of experience)
- Practical experience in risk management within product responsibility (> 5 years of experience)
Nice to have
- Practical experience in prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria (> 5 years of experience)
- Practical experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap (> 5 years of experience)
- Project Management Certification: IPMA (min. Level C) or PRINCE2
- Confident demeanor towards stakeholders, e.g., strong communication and moderation skills (> 5 years of experience)
