Senior Technical Product Owner / Delivery Lead (DevOps)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner / Delivery Lead (m/f/d) for a demanding project in the DevOps environment. This full-time position can be filled remotely and offers the opportunity to be responsible for complex software applications from strategic planning to implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the professional, technical, and organizational further development of an application. You will create and maintain the implementation roadmap, analyze and evaluate professional and technical requirements in close coordination with various departments and stakeholders. A focus will be on creating and managing the product backlog as well as intelligently prioritizing requirements based on professional, technical, and economic criteria.

Your tasks will also include conducting reviews and professional acceptance of new functionalities, comprehensive stakeholder and risk management, and ensuring a common understanding of goals and priorities within the team. You will continuously monitor product progress and transparently communicate status and decisions. Furthermore, you will actively shape the agile way of working and contribute to its further development.

For this position, you need at least 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications. Sound knowledge in Product Backlog Management, User Story Writing, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and Risk Management is required. Experience in requirements prioritization, roadmap creation, project management certifications (IPMA Level C or PRINCE2), and strong communication and moderation skills are advantageous.

Native-level German language skills are required. The project runs until the end of 2029.
