Responsibilities

• Goal-oriented coordination of development teams to achieve set milestones and process quality assurance
• Identification of issues that affect the efficiency of task completion or jeopardize the timely achievement of set milestones and, as far as possible: independent removal of obstacles and problems
• Team coaching and mentoring
• Results-oriented planning, moderation, and timeboxing for team events and (regular) meetings (online and on-site)
• Advising the PO team in carrying out cross-functional tasks (e.g., non-technical requirements, cross-team use cases)

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience in controlling roles of agile software development projects, including as Scrum Master and PO (Product Owner)
• Solid experience in Kanban projects
• Experience in Jira and Confluence as daily work tools
• German language skills at native level
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the technical processes
• Leadership experience
• Controlling knowledge
• Start: 2026-11
