Job description
Develop and enhance single-use assemblies for the biopharmaceutical sector, specifying components and creating documentation.
Project overview
- Evaluation and further development of existing designs for single-use assemblies in the biopharmaceutical environment
- Specification of plastic fluid lines, hose systems, and single-use components under technical, regulatory, and quality-related requirements
- Creation of product specifications, bills of materials, and development documentation (including SAP)
- Development of verification/validation concepts and evaluation of test results
Requirements
- Technical background in product development, plastics, or fluid technology
- Sound knowledge of single-use or fluid handling systems (hoses, filters, pumps, sensors)
- Understanding of design concepts, system architectures, and design reviews
- Experience with regulated development processes (pharma, medical technology, biotech, or similar)
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Confident use of SAP and Polarion
