• Sound experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications.
• Practical experience in product backlog management (creation and maintenance of a backlog).
• Practical experience in writing user stories based on complex professional requirements.
• Demonstrable professional understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) for domain-oriented structuring of professional requirements.
• Practical experience in risk management within product responsibility.
• Practical experience in prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria.
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
• Project management certification
• Confident demeanor towards stakeholders through, for example, strong communication and moderation skills
• Practical experience in conducting professional acceptances and reviews of releases or functionalities

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of the implementation roadmap
• Analysis, evaluation, and specification of professional and technical requirements in coordination with business departments and stakeholders
• Creation and maintenance of the product backlog and prioritization of requirements, considering professional, technical, and economic criteria
• Conducting reviews and professional acceptance of new functionalities and releases
• Conducting stakeholder and risk management
• Ensuring a common understanding of goals, requirements, and priorities
• Monitoring product progress and communicating status, priorities, and decisions
• Active participation and further development of agile working methods
