• Responsibility for the business, technical, and organizational further development of the application
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of the implementation roadmap
• Analysis, evaluation, and specification of business and technical requirements in coordination with business departments and stakeholders
• Creation and maintenance of the Product Backlog and prioritization of requirements, considering business, technical, and economic criteria
• Conducting reviews and business acceptance of new functionalities and releases
• Conducting stakeholder and risk management
• Ensuring a common understanding of goals, requirements, and priorities
• Monitoring product progress and communicating status, priorities, and decisions
• Active co-design and further development of agile working methods

Requirements

• Sound experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications
• Minimum 5 years
• Practical experience in Product Backlog Management (creation and maintenance of a backlog)
• Practical experience in writing User Stories based on complex business requirements
• Demonstrable technical understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) for domain-oriented structuring of business requirements
• Practical experience in risk management within product responsibility
• Practical experience in prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap
• Project Management Certification
• IPMA (min. Level C) or PRINCE2
• Confident demeanor towards stakeholders through, e.g., strong communication and moderation skills
• Practical experience in conducting business acceptance and reviews of releases or functionalities
