Implement and maintain interfaces between HR tools (Oracle HCM, ADP, etc.) including file exchanges, REST APIs, and SSO. The role involves data migration, monitoring, incident management, and operational readiness of data flows.
Project overview
Context
Large French financial institution, IT department, HR team of about 15 people.
HR information system entirely in SaaS: Oracle HCM (Core HR, Deployment Training module), ADP payroll, data platform planned for the end of the year.
Replacement of a technical interface profile.

Tools & Environment
- Implement and maintain interfaces between HR tools (Oracle HCM, ADP, ancillary tools, Salesforce): file exchanges, REST APIs, SSO.
- Data and flow migration related to the Training module.
- Operations: monitoring (Datadog), incident tracking, creation of simple jobs under Control-M.
- Manage requests to other teams (permissions, accounts, email whitelists).
- Maintain operational readiness of flows.
- "All-around" developer or integrator, comfortable with interface implementation, REST APIs, and associated security concepts.
- Scripting of small programs. No Oracle configuration or pure development.
- Autonomous, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
