Project: An experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID and Identity Security is sought for an Azure foundation team. The main task is to automate, optimize, and securely develop Entra ID and related identity and security services. Start 01.10.2026 – 31.09.2027 at 100% in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Automation and administration of Microsoft Entra ID with Terraform and APIs
• Development of solutions with Terraform, Go, Python and/or Bash
• Implementation and further development of OAuth2, SAML and OpenID Connect as well as SSO flows
• Conception and implementation of Authentication & Authorization
• Development and optimization of Conditional Access Policies, App Registrations, Enterprise Applications and Administrative Units
• Setup of monitoring and security frameworks for Entra ID configurations
• Further development of Azure and Microsoft 365 Identity Security
• Participation in CI/CD and DevOps automations
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams Optional additional tasks:
• Development of Java-based applications in cloud environments
• Participation in the setup, further development and operation of systems according to the DevOps philosophy
• Support in stabilizing and continuously optimizing the system landscape

• At least 5 years of experience in software development with Java
• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Sound experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Good knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect and IAM
• Experience with CI/CD and GitLab
• Programming/scripting experience with Go, Python or Bash
• Understanding of cloud security and network security
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• German: Fluent C1
