Technical lead and team coach for a DevOps platform focused on Kubernetes, requiring expertise in Docker, ELK, and CI/CD.
Project overview
Missions
Define technical and architectural choices around the platform.
Ensure code quality (reviews, standards, best practices).
Prioritize technical work with Product Owners (refactoring, technical debt, evolutions).
Actively participate in development, especially on complex topics.
Support developers daily and foster their skill development.
Lead technical rituals (code reviews, technical meetings).
Facilitate communication between the team, POs, and other technical teams.
Act as a mentor and technical referent.
Resolve level 3 production incidents.
Provide technical support to internal teams (developers, Ops, Middleware).
Document technical choices.
Ensure technological watch on Java, Kubernetes, and Cloud ecosystems.
Continuously improve technical and methodological processes.
