Currently, to meet our clients' needs, we are looking for a Digital Law Specialist H/F in Toulouse, France.

Context:

Within the IT department of a client in the banking sector, the Privacy expert acts as a legal and compliance referent for project and technical teams. They ensure the operational integration of data protection principles (Privacy by Design) and monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the entire lifecycle of IT products.

Modality: Full-time | 2 days remote / 3 days on-site.

• DPIA & Risks: Management of DPIAs on sensitive IT projects, definition of legal bases, deletion/retention, minimization, and transfers outside the EU.
• Governance & Subcontracting: Maintenance of the processing register (OneTrust), contractual compliance of IT subcontractors (DPA, standard clauses), and updating of Privacy guides.
• DPO Advice & Support: Operational translation of requirements (GDPR, CNIL, DORA) for tech teams, support to the DPO (committees, audits), and awareness-raising for IT stakeholders.
• Education: Master 2 in digital law / personal data (mandatory).
• Legal Expertise: Solid mastery of GDPR, CNIL framework, and IT contracts; knowledge of DORA (sensitivity to AI Act appreciated).
• IT & Tools Skills: Understanding of IT/Cloud flows, experience with OneTrust (or equivalent), DPO certification or ANSSI MOOC valued.
• Assets: Experience in a banking or large agile account environment; communication skills with technical profiles (developers, architects).
